Her vision is to create the largest dental chain with over 300 dental hospitals across the country and globe and is endeavoring for the same.
She is also the youngest and the only female Dental Surgeon in India who has successfully organized International Dental Conferences at Goa, Dharmarshala and Manali. She is a motivational speaker and a social activist also, who employs 90% female’s workforce in her organization. Dr. Pradhan has received recognition and awards for her accomplishments on a number of platforms.
